Tulsa Ballet is known as one of the top ballet companies in the country. Yet this Tulsa gem has faced several challenges over the past few years, including decreased giving, increased entertainment competition and the financial hurdles of being a non-profit arts organization.

Scott Black, Tulsa Ballet executive director, and Amy Miller, director of development, will share how the company took an aggressive approach to ticket sales in a down economy, breaking two sales records with Dracula and then Sleeping Beauty.
