One doesn't usually think of taking their crisis planning up a notch, but rather looking for a way to survive. Effectively engaging senior leadership, whether it is for a company or client, can help move from merely surviving to recovering intact. Every crisis, from a harmless company car accident to the loss of a CEO can have dramatic impact on customers, employees, communities or an industry. It takes insight, preparation and diligence to see through the fire and smoke of the moment. An effective communications process can make the difference between failure and success on multiple levels.

Three things you'll learn:
1. How to lead leadership through the crisis management process
2. Weighing the impact of the crisis - AARGH Theory
3. Minimizing damages through our reactions
